Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation has donated more than $170,000 in support of Neighborhood House programs since 1999. The Blue Cross Foundation was essential to the Health Access program, which created a successful community health educator model for the Latino and Hmong communities. The Blue Cross Foundation also supported Neighborhood House in its efforts to use arts programming to connect immigrants and  refugees with resident community members.
Most recently an award from the Blue Cross Foundation’s Resilient Organizations Fund will help Neighborhood House be even more able to navigate change and achieve long-term impact. "Our 112 year history is one of resiliency and impact, and this funding will allow us to build capacity that will help to ensure the organization's long-term well-being and effectiveness." says Armando Camacho, Neighborhood House President.
