Performance Space Rates

Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center is pleased to offer several different package rates for our Performance Space to suit your event needs. All packages have two rates, non-profit/local and for-profit/non-local. To qualify for the non-profit rate the event must be for a non-profit organization, government entity, or the event host must reside in the 55107 zip code. All other events fall under the for-profit/non-local rate. All packages are available at a flat rate up to the number hours of specified.

Presentation Package
This is our base package, designed to suit most standard needs for one-time events or gatherings in the Performance Space.
Non-Profit/Local Rate: $250.00/4 hours	For-Profit/Non-Local Rate: $350.00/4 hours
Includes:
Two wireless handheld or lapel microphones with stands Standard stage lighting (general stage wash and access to controls provided; no training) Use of LCD projector, VHS/DVD player and projection screen Podium and stool Single ice water service for those on stage

Traditional Panel Package
If your event calls for having a panel, our Traditional Panel Package with added microphones and furniture might be for you.
Non-Profit/Local Rate: $300.00/4 hours	For-Profit/Non-Local Rate: $425.00/4 hours
Includes everything in our Presentation Package plus:
Up to three wired handheld microphones Up to five rectangular tables and ten chairs (setup included)

Non-Traditional Panel Package
If you are looking to host a panel or discussion event and regular tables and chairs just won't do, consider our Non-Traditional Panel Package. Our "talk show" style setup might just be the extra polish your event needs.
Non-Profit/Local Rate: $375.00/4 hours	For-Profit/Non-Local Rate: $500.00/4 hours
Includes everything in the Traditional Panel Package plus:
One love seat, up to four armchairs, two end tables, one coffee table, two plants (setup included)

Performance Package (1-3 days)
This package is designed for those events that require more than what is offered in our four-hour packages. Perfect for a weekend performance or a multi-day training, the Performance Package gives you the time and attention you need for a successful event.
Non-Profit/Local Rate: $1,000.00/18 hours	For-Profit/Non-Local Rate: $1,500.00/18 hours
Includes:
One pre-production meeting with Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center staff Full use of all audio/visual and lighting equipment (excludes translation and videoconferencing system) One hour of audio/visual training Access to up to five rectangular tables, ten chairs, podium, and stool as requested Access to green/dressing room and prop shop (pending availability) Two of the 18 hours can be used outside normal business hours without an additional charge
Limitations:
Time outside normal business hours must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance Additional hours outside of normal business hours are subject to an additional $50.00/hour charge Exclusive access to all spaces can be provided pending availability for an additional flat fee ($250.00 non-profit/local rate, $500.00 for-profit/non-local rate) Package rate is good for one three day period only and cannot rollover or transfer into another period

Extended Performance Package (4-7 days)
Our Extended Performance Package is perfect for longer performances or trainings. As an added bonus, you are allowed to use our beautiful Wells Fargo Gathering Rotunda and St. Paul Travelers Lobby free-of-charge for one three-hour period.
Non-Profit/Local Rate: $1,750.00/36 hours	For-Profit/Non-Local Rate: $2,500.00/36 hours
Includes:
Two pre-production meetings with Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center staff Full use of all audio/visual and lighting equipment (excludes translation and videoconferencing system) Two hours of A/V training Access to five rectangular tables, ten chairs, podium, and stool as requested Access to green/dressing room and prop shop (pending availability) Three hours in main level rotunda with standard reception setup (must be used consecutively) Six of the 36 hours can be used outside normal business hours without an additional charge
Limitations:
Time outside normal business hours must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance Additional hours outside of normal business hours are subject to an additional $50.00/hour charge Exclusive access to all spaces can be provided pending availability for an additional flat fee ($750.00 non-profit/local rate, $1,250.00 for-profit/non-local rate) Package rate is good for one seven day period only and cannot rollover or transfer into another period
