The local rate applies to all personal events where the event host resides in the 55107 zip code, otherwise the non-local rate applies. Rates are subject to change without notice. ^ Damage deposits listed are refundable and are required to rent the space. We can hold cash, check, Visa/MasterCard, or a completed purchase order as a damage deposit. Theater groups renting the Performance Space are required to have valid insurance coverage in lieu of the damage deposit. † Rate is per four-hour block. ‡ Gymansiums come as-is without any furniture.
