A unique offering in event rental space, our Performance Space is a popular selection for conference key note speakers, lecture series, live theater, music, and more. Available to rent for one day, one week or extended shows for a month, it’s your choice how you use it. Full sound and lighting capabilities and a wide range of additional technologies, the performance space is often paired with the nearby green room and prop shop to accommodate all of your performance needs.
PERFORMANCE SPACE PACKAGES
Presentation Package includes the following:
$350.00 (for up to 4 hours + $60.00 per additional hour after that)
Two wireless (handheld or lapel) microphones w/ stands
Use of LCD Projector and screen
On Stage: Podium and stool, additional tables & chairs
In Rotunda: Access to up to 5 rectangular tables, 10 chairs
Ice Water Service on stage
Standard stage lighting (general stage wash and access to controls provided)
Performance Package (1-3 days) includes the following:
$1,000.00 (for up to 18 hours + $60.00 per additional hour after that)
Pre-production Meeting with Neighborhood House Staff
Full use of all audio visual and lighting equipment
One hour of audio/visual training
In Rotunda: Access to up to 5 rectangular tables, 10 chairs
Access to green/dressing room (#98) and prop shop (#96) dependent on previous availability
Extended Performance Package (4-7+ days) includes the following:
$1,750.00 (for up to 36 hours + $60.00 per additional hour after that)
Pre-production Meeting with Neighborhood House Staff
Full use of all audio visual and lighting equipment
Two hours of audio/visual training
In Rotunda: Access to up to 5 rectangular tables, 10 chairs
Access to green/dressing room (#98) and prop shop (#96) dependent on previous availability
Exclusive Access Fee (pending previous availability): $750.00 Exclusive use of the Performance Space(s) for duration of reservation
By adding this fee onto your reservation, you are securing the following spaces: theater, green room and prop shop from being rented to another group to use outside of the hours you have reserved. Theater groups that chooses not to add this fee onto their reservation must understand that they will be asked to either strike the set to make ½ the stage or the entire stage available for other groups renting the space, depending on their needs. Please note that the exclusive access fee does not grant groups unlimited access to the space outside of their scheduled hours; it is solely to prevent the spaces from being rented and to avoid inconvenience of having to strike the set/props.
